Action creates change, not talking about it.

I’m staying in a ski resort and it is snowing. As I’ m wandering around I suddenly come across an unspoiled place. Everything is glittering around me and the freshly fallen snow allows me to leave my own tracks in it. They are unrepeatable, individual and completely new. I’m playing with the different patterns; here I’m dragging my feet to leave long lines; there I am taking long strides leaving separate footprints. I’m taking big steps, small steps and then I’m retracing my own steps to confuse or amuse those who will come to this place later. Anything is possible and I’m inspired to go my own new ways in the fresh snow. The New Year offers the same possibilities!
The New Year is also a new beginning! You can follow your old ways or you can see the New Year as the freshly fallen snow. You can leave new footprints or you can change the pace or the step length. You can have fun and try out some new patterns.
Use the new beginning as a motivating, inspiring and fun opportunity to leave your own tracks in life. Don't only read this newsletter - get invoved! Take a piece of paper or your diary and answer the above questions in as much detail as possible. Look honestly back, and look forward with hope, and write what your inner voice tells you. If you come to a resolution then make it known in your family, tell your friends or write about it in my Blog. This way your resolution will become more real and by sharing it with other people you will be better motivated to achieve it.
I wish you and myself a new beginning, which we will be able to look back upon with pride and joy in 365 days!
Genuine beginnings begin within us, even when they are brought to our attention by external opportunities.

The beginning is always today.

The thing that is really hard, and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself.
