What makes some people so successful, motivated and positive, while others who step up simply don’t move from the starting line? Irrespective of what they are doing, why are certain people engaged with an inner passion, while others are rather mechanical and distanced? To which category do you belong? Take a deeper look at your life. How does it look in the various aspects of your life: career, finances, relationships, health, etc. Are there differences? What creates these differences?

We all express enthusiasm or passion differently – some jump up and down, perhaps making a lot of noise and letting everyone know how excited they are, while others quietly work it out with themselves, almost unnoticed by their surroundings. However, on the inside the same impact in principle happens: the heart rate increases, adrenaline is secreted and positive hormones are produced. We are awake, agile and totally with the topic. We are talking about the energy which flourishes within a person and motivates them. Whenever you start something new – a relationship, a job or a project – it is much easier to feel this energy because in general we have an exciting vision in terms of how the future will look. This positive vision is like the wind under our wings which will take us to greater heights. So what happens to so many when they get married, exactly know their job, or work a project without feeling any passion or starting the day with some pizzazz? In most cases the exciting visions was lost or simply petered out. We work and complete what has to be completed without having a passion for it. However when a new project arrives, or we develop a new vision, we are “switched on like a light bulb” and exude motivation and positivity in our life.

Let’s come back to you and your assessment of the areas in your life … where is the motivating, beguiling vision - the one which you get closer to on a daily basis when you wake up in the morning and undertake that which gets you there - missing?. Your days improve on a daily basis and each day you get closer to your vision. No more standing still but rather personal development, aliveness and motivation. How shall your relationship grow and develop? Where do you want to go with your career and what can you do today to get there? How can you strive for more excellence in this project and enjoy the success even more? Decide to be passionate and switch yourself on!
