Reflections - the Book- the Series

A few years ago I self-published my first book, "Reflections - bringing attention into your everyday life!" In 2010 we had two workshops of a different kind! Leaving everything behind. No distractions, no demands, no noise. Instead 10 people searching for the same, listening openly, asking good questions, contemplating and reflecting. Time for yourself, time for your thoughts and feelings, time to reflect on what really matters in your life, time to just be. The strength and the stillness of nature become your strength and stillness. You see more clearly, and after 3 days you have new perspectives and an easy to follow plan to create a life with more depth and meaning. In June, we will go again to the mountains and spend 3 days at a mountain cabin with lots of professional guidance and input and lots of time to reconnect with what truly matters in your life!
