Virtual VIP TEAM - BUSINESS STARTUP is starting in June!    

Mission

• The VIP TEAM shares the same process which brings more depth and clarity into each step along the way
• We foster trust and team spirit while enhancing motivation and accountability
• We value the support of likeminded and people we can depend to be a sounding board (Advisory Board)

Structure

Over the course of 7 months we will talk 3 times per month:

Via Skype or Conference call  - on a weekday evening

• 60 to 90 Minutes Presentations from each member (15 Min. per person)
• 20 to 30 Minutes Business Plan introduction to the next step
•  Handout of the next worksheets to work on at home

Via Skype or Conference call  - on a weekday evening

• 60 Minutes Personal Development topic
• Handout of the next worksheets to work on at home

Via Skype or Conference call - 2 weeks after on a weekday evening

• discussion of the challenges or possibilities
• coaching of 2 or three people as examples

VIP TEAM Members

• are committed to the whole process and don't drop out
• believe in supporting each other
• don't give up but find ways to overcome challenges
• have a strong desire to succeed
• ask for help if they need it
• respect diversity and individuality
