“Free time” is the time that is free from professional and family duties or responsibilities, such as work, social meetings, family gatherings, club events etc. If you were to describe how you spend your free time, what would you say?

This question keeps cropping up in my coaching sessions and I find it makes good sense to come back to this question again and again.

A few days ago I observed an obscure scene that turned out to become a life lesson.

No complaining, no accusations nor being a victim. As soon as you understand that you have a choice, you can more easily assess the consequences and then make a well grounded decision. So, what are the three possibilities that we always have?
