One day life was colorful and bright and suddenly it all turned dark.
You lost a loved one and all of a sudden it all changed. You learned about the stages of grieving and in the beginning you got a lot of support from people around you. Over time others seem to go back to normal while you are wondering what normal is and if you will ever get back to anything that can be called normal. The process of grieving is very personal, and everyone is dealing with it in their own way and in their own time. You might feel physical reactions like tears, pains, weight gain or loss and insomnia and emotional reactions like depression, numbness, or great anger.

Your thoughts, discussions, beliefs and struggles that come from the voices in your head. If you can find more peace in your mind, your body will follow, and some colors might come back into your life.
