What is Personal Profile Analysis?
The Personal Profile Analysis makes use of the DISC Model. DISC is a tool by which you become more aware of your work style and general behavior. “DISC” stands for and measures 4 factors of an individual’s behavior: D= Drive, I=Influence, S=Steadiness, and C=Compliance. Combining and relating these 4 factors provides you and your coach with a so-called profile.
Based on multiple choice questions, it provides insight and answers to questions such as:
What are my strengths and limitations?
How do I communicate?
What motivates me?
Which work environment allows me to excel?
Am I a natural leader?
How do I react under stress?
What causes stress for me?
How do I approach others?
The test itself only takes you 7 or 8 minutes. It is fast and accurate. It gives you concrete parameters to work with and is a very efficient starting point in changing or starting your career.
How do I work with the Personal Profile Analysis?
Based on your profile I will help you to explore the many different features of your own personal style, including your approach to home and work life, your communication style and motivation, your strengths and limitations.
Self awareness is the starting point to take action and create your desired future: to choose an environment where you can use your strengths and learn ways to compensate for your behavioral limitations. Many people find it very helpful to translate that knowledge into possibilities together with a coach and evaluate next steps. Can you tailor your current position to your personality or is it time to get back on your personal preferences of success and change into a new direction?
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
“I should like to thank Desiree for an informative and entertaining afternoon. I have been involved in a good number of team building and character analysis events over the years, but would rate this as the most successful in terms of both content and delivery. The level of engagement of the group was exceptional and the session achieved the perfect balance between viewing one's own characteristics and that of the wider team, whilst at the same time being a lot of fun. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Desiree and her program.”
