Désirée Steinmann is a professional coach, trainer, and facilitator with over 20 years of international experience supporting individuals and teams to gain clarity, strengthen communication, and move forward with confidence. As the founder of Steinmann International, she has worked globally across cultures and industries, combining professional coaching (ICF ACC), DISC profiling, and cross-cultural expertise.

Each session is thoughtfully facilitated and follows a flexible format that adapts to the needs of the group while maintaining clarity, respect, and purpose.
Session Types
C.L.A.R.O sessions may take different forms, including:
